Tallow has been utilized for centuries as a skincare remedy. Rich in nutrients that benefit the skin, it serves as a versatile solution for dry, chapped, and irritated skin, in addition to being an effective daily moisturizer. Completely natural and free from chemicals, tallow provides exceptional hydration. Their tallow is grass fed & finished from local Vancouver Island farms.
This tallow face whip is infused with the skin-calming properties of calendula & chamomile. Organic hemp & rosehip oils work together to rejuvenate and brighten skin. Frankincense brings astringent properties to tone and tighten, promoting a youthful glow.
Ingredients: adeps bovis (grass fed/finished beef tallow), *Calendula officinalis (calendula), *Matricaria recutita (chamomile), organic Cannabis sativa (hemp) seed oil, organic Rosa canina (rosehip) oil, organic Boswellia serrata (frankincense) essential oil *certified organic or homegrown using organic practices
Directions for use: Warm a small amount between fingers and apply to skin as needed. A little goes a long way. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation develops discontinue use.

Given that these balms are natural products without preservatives or added stabilizers, variations in texture (ie: beading) may occur over time. These inconsistencies do not affect the quality of the product, and may simply require an extra second or two to melt into skin.
CLOSING THE LOOP: Due to the nature of this product, it is currently not available for refill. When refilling is not an option (or one simply prefers pre-packaged), we offer an in-house container exchange in an attempt to close the loop and reuse perfectly good containers. When you are ready to replenish, bring in your clean & empty jar and we will give you a discount* off your new one! We get an extra jar for our community baskets and you get a discount. If you end up finding your own use for it, or bringing it in to refill with something else, EVEN BETTER!
