Orders placed during regular business hours are processed promptly.Inventory is updated regularly, but if an item is unavailable, contact will be made to arrange a suitable solution.

Pickup orders are typically fulfilled within 15–30 minutes during business hours. Limited availability outside scheduled hours may be arranged upon request. For pickup times outside regular hours, please allow up to 1 hour for fulfillment. An email notification will be sent when the order is ready for pickup.
Local Delivery
Minimum Order Subtotal: $20
Average delivery time is within one hour of order submission. Delivery area includes Ladysmith and surrounding regions from south Chemainus to north Nanaimo/Lantzville. Notification will be sent when the driver is en route. This service is currently complimentary. Tipping is optional but appreciated for the driver’s time and resources.

Orders are shipped within 2–7 business days via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (carbon neutral).
