ORDER PROCESSING

For pickup orders placed during regular business hours, please allow up to 1 hour to process your order. For delivery orders, please allow up to 24 hours to process. We do our best to keep the inventory up to date, but if for any reason we can not fulfill an order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution.

Orders can be picked up anytime during business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Can't make it down? No problem! If you live anywhere between Cedar & Chemainus, we can deliver your order same-day (placed before 2pm) or the next day. Simply schedule the day & time that works for you. This is currently a complimentary service. Tipping your driver is not required, but greatly appreciated for their time & resources.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 7 business days via Canada Post [carbon neutral]. Free Shipping applies to orders over $100* shipped within BC and orders over $200* shipping elsewhere within Canada. Flat rate shipping fees apply to orders that do not qualify for free shipping. See chart below for rates. Shipping rates are based on destination location. We do not ship outside of Canada. As a sustainability based retailer, we encourage shoppers to shop as local as possible, but also reduce the number of shipments. Shipping rates and destinations are subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We get it, things happen! Maybe it's not quite what you expected in some way. We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount of any returned items less the shipping costs. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at whatsup@timesinfinity.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
