Sturdy but comfortable, twill is one of our favourite materials for all-purpose, all-season wear. To build this capable button-up that works for everything from early morning surf checks to afternoon chores at the cabin, we took traditional midweight twill and made it lighter on the planet with post-consumer recycled cotton, a soft flannel-like finish and no added dyes. Breathable and needing no break-in, it’s an ideal fabric for those who prefer cotton to wool—but still need enough strength and ease of motion for the tasks of the day.

Fabric and Features:

•  Sturdy 15-oz 80% post-consumer recycled cotton/20% nylon combines a sturdy weave with the combed softness of flannel
• Colours come from the original source garments; dye-free recycling process saves water and eliminates the use of harmful chemical dyes
• Double yoke across the upper back for additional comfort and strength; pleats on back shoulders for more freedom of movement
• Two button-down chest pockets; two side-seam pockets
• Turned caramel buttons, single-button cuffs and straight hem

Standard fit has a regular cut that offers more room to move and layer than the tailored styles. See sizing chart for further details.

Washing Guide

Wash in cold water (machine washable) and hang to dry. To reduce energy and water use, we recommend washing only when necessary. Less washing also gives your garments a longer life.
